Thank you for choosing Tech-Tailor Solutions Pvt Ltd for your bespoke tailoring requirements. Please read this policy carefully before confirming a purchase.
Every Tech-Tailor product is made according to the customer’s selected measurements, fabric and style preferences. Because each product is personalized, returns and refunds are not available except when a confirmed manufacturing defect is present.
If your order has a manufacturing issue such as incorrect stitching or measurements that differ from the confirmed order details, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a repair or replacement without additional charge.
Customers must provide accurate measurements while placing an order. Tech-Tailor provides measurement guidance, but cannot accept responsibility for fitting issues caused by measurements supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Fabric colours and textures may appear slightly different on screens because of lighting, photography and display settings. Minor differences between the displayed image and the physical fabric are not considered manufacturing defects.
After an order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please verify measurements, fabrics, styles and customization choices carefully before confirming the order.
We work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. Delivery dates may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside Tech-Tailor’s control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
